a self-adhering shingle underlayment that
protects your home against ice and
water damage.

The Underlayment provides a waterproof shield
between the shingles and the roof deck in vulnerable
areas such as: skylights,
vent stacks, valleys,
eaves, ridges, hips, low slope and dormer areas.
Self-Adhering
Shingle Underlayment is a rubberized
sheet that protects where shingles don't.
In wintertime, ice and snow accumulates in vulnerable places on your roof.
As temperatures warm up, ice-dams can cause
the water from thawing ice and
snow to back up
under the shingles and leak into your home.
Also wind-driven
rain can be blown under the
shingles again causing leaks and interior damage.

Grace Underlayments
directly on a clean, dry, continuous surface
such as plywood, wood composition, wood plank, metal, concrete or gypsum sheathing,
which is free of dust, dirt, loose
nails and old roofing materials. Protrusion
from the area must be removed. Surface shall have no
void, damaged or unsupported
areas. Surface area must be
repaired before the installation
of the
membrane.
